Tropical Depression Tino...

We just got a break from all the typhoons this Undas weekend but now Tropical Depression Tino is on it’s way to the Philippines. A tropical depression is not yet a typhoon but one of its beginning stages. It is characterized by an organized system of clouds and thunderstorms. Unlike the much stronger typhoon, the tropical depression doesn’t have the characteristic “eye” and spiral shape but it’s still a low pressure area and thus is called, a depression.
