Week 4 TLBC Winner
I can’t believe the TLBC Show is only a day away. We are busy preparing for the holidays but we will definitely be there at the show tomorrow.
I know you are all excited too and want to know who is the winner of three VIP tickets to the show. We were a little late in choosing the winner but I’m pleased to announce we finally have one. Here is her winning comment:
I love you, you love me, we’re a happy family. With a great big hug and a kiss from me to you, wonít you say you love me too.î This is my sonís favorite song from his favorite character – Barney! He learned the song at the age of 2, by watching DVDs. Now that he is 6, he still keeps on singing it while playing his Barney doll.
Bob the Builder and Thomas and Friends are the other shows which Kyle loves to watch. Whenever we ride the LRT, he would always pretend that he’s riding Thomas while imitating the sound of the train (toooot-toooot!) with an excitement in his eyes. My son for some reason has an extreme fondness with trains. All my exhaustion from my day to day stress at work seems to vanish when I see his face brighten up whenever he sees Thomas and Friends, be it in TV or in toy stores.I personally encourage and support him in watching these kinds of shows as I can see how it helps him build good character and values in his early age. I even witnessed his transformation when he started watching this shows by becoming more malambing and friendly. Unfortunately, his DVDs as well as our television were wiped out by Typhoon Ondoy. Now he can only see his favorite characters in malls. When I learned about this concert and contest, I told myself never to let this opportunity pass without giving it a shot. My son deserves to win the VIP complimentary tickets because I
know that when he wins this he’d treasure and value it more than anyone else. My son Kyle will surely be the happiest kid in the world when he gets to see this concert on December. Hope you let him win and make this

Week 3 Winner

My son Andrew who is now 2 1/2 y.o, is now hooked watching Thomas and Friends episodes, before it was Barney.
Day in and day out, he never gets tired of watching them. Before he sleeps and as he wakes up, he’ll repeatedly tell us “nood Thomas, nood Thomas”. A very typical toddler that keeps saying words over and over again. Even when it comes to his clothes, he would love to wear shirt with Thomas prints.
One time as I got home, my mom (who’s taking care of my son) told me some kids’ clothing vendor dropped by on our house. And as AJ saw this blue sleeveless shirt, he never let go of it and even told my mom, that he would wear that, for
me to see it on that night. And when he felt that I’m already home, he woke up and showed me his shirt. I could see how he is happy that night, pinagyayabang ang kanyang bagong damit.Of all the episodes that he saw, I would say that the most favorite one will be “Down the Mine”, where Thomas shows his being naughty by passing the tracks against warning. Andrew will try to re-enact the scene where Thomas is down the
mine with his toy train on our sofa edge, he will say “wawa, Thomas” with a frowning face, then try to pull out the train slowly sometimes we would ask my help to pull out Thomas, as what he saw Gordon did to Thomas.Since Gordon and Thomas as of the same color, only Gordon has a bigger face, my son calls that episode ‘lilit(bulilit) Thomas, hehehe… I cannot even try to fool him by placing another Thomas dvd because knows exactly the disk design where “Down the Mine” is included. He will also try to imitate the opening song if I may call it as that… tenen-ten-ten…. while running around our house just like a tank engine para lang pagbigyan namin ang request na manood ng Thomas.
And I could just imagine now how he’s face would glow to see the whole gang of engines especially Thomas and Percy on The Little Big Club Live in Concert. Though it will require us to travel a few hours since we live in Batangas City, I
know that once we saw these characters my son will be so happy and by just seeing his pretty smile, I can say it’s all worth it.

First, I would like to thank you everyone who have joined our TLBC contest. I am overwhelmed by your comments. I have sent your entries and we’ll be waiting for the winner to be announced this week.
In just a few weeks, The Little Big Club will be arriving here in the Philippines. My son can’t wait for them to arrive. When we went to Vivrefort Entertainment office he asked where they are now and the answer he got was they are currently performing in Australia. Back at home, I had to show him where Australia is. His eyes surely lit up when he saw how close they were.
I’m sure your children’s eyes will light up too when they see Barney and all the TLBC gang onstage so don’t forget to buy your tickets. It only happens once in a lifetime that 13 of our children’s beloved characters will be on one stage, performing on one show. Believe me, it will be worth it!

Hi again, Paula (last time I called you Joanna). This is my second stab at your
contest. I promised my 5 year old son Julian that I would win tickets to the Little
Big Club concert for him; now I have to tell him that our entry wasn’t deserving
enough
He said “That’s alright, Papa” and went straight to his room. Minutes later, he came
out holding a purple t-shirt and his purple Crocs sandals. “All I need are purple
shorts”, he said. Perplexed, I asked him what for? “Use your head, Papa. If I wear

My daughter who is now 6years old adored barney,bj,and baby bop soooo much since she was barely 1yr old..
barney and friends were her “security blanket” eversince.. when she was crying the only thing that would make her stop is barney…infact when her dad left to work abroad last 2007, she even sneaked baby bop in her dads luggage and we found out abt it when my husband arrived in his destination the day after..
when i asked her about this she simply replied..”i know daddy is alone there,so i ask baby bop to accompany him since im not there,mom pls tell daddy,when he’s sad hug nya lang si baby bop parang ako na na hug nya” this made us really cry.. she loves barney bj and baby bop so much and yet she were able to sacrifice not seeing her baby bop stuff for her dad..
and since this event is happening,i want to take this opportunity for my daughter to see barney and esp baby bop perform on stage live…thanks.
