Mischa Barton’s New Ecommerce Site

Posted by on Mar 27, 2012 in Fashion | 0 comments

One of the wealthiest celebrity nowadays is the former actress, Jessica Simpson. Surprisingly, she amassed her wealth not from her acting gigs but from her making her own fashion line. Her fashion line has made her not only a millionaire but a billionaire. Whew!

Her success may have had inspired other actresses from starting their own fashion line including Mischa Barton – the latest celebrity to try their luck in the fashion industry.

Mischa Barton is an actress raised in New York and famous for movies such as The Sixth Sense, All My Children, and Notting Hill. She has also won two Teen Choice Awards and a Prism award for her performance in The O.C., a comedy drama show set in Orange County, California.

Recently, Mischa Barton launched a new site called Mischa’s Place where she sells her lines of clothes, skin products, accessories, and cosmetics. A designer that has not been well-known, she is attracting a bit of attention to herself with this new site. She has created a brand name for herself with full lines of clothing and bath and body products. An initial step for her into the fashion scene, it is rumored that she plans on opening a store front in Spitalfields sometime this year.

You can imagine the excitement on many Mischa Barton fans’ faces as they use their box cutters to open deliveries of her shirts and lotions. Not having played in many television or movie roles recently, it is hard to say if she will continue to act along with pursuing a designing carrier.

Plant Lover

Posted by on Mar 23, 2012 in Mixed Bag | 0 comments

Yes, I love plants. Though it started out to be challenging the first time I tried to grow roses on our lawn, it was such a happy experience one I saw them eventually grow and bear flowers. Now I already have different flowering plants in our garden and it is even more beautiful having placed there in wooden planter boxes. It’s so relaxing sitting on the porch with the view of our garden. It makes me feel being connected with nature and being able to care for what nature has to offer. Do you have plants, too? What are those?

This is a guest post.

My Journey to Earning Online

Posted by on Mar 13, 2012 in blogging | 3 comments

This month marks my fourth anniversary of working online.

It has been a long journey. When I started all I wanted was to earn so that I can pay our internet bill. Now it has evolved into a full time job.

I started working as a data encoder for a few months. The pay was really just enough to pay the internet bill. LOL! From there I got accepted by a transcription company. I worked in that business for two whole years! It was one of the hardest I did because that job required my full concentration and I couldn’t tolerate any noise. I would transcribe for more than 8 hours a day aside from doing the household chores and taking care of my son. I was so tired at one point my hands even started shaking while washing the dishes.

When I started to earn from my blogs I quit my transcription job. Now I can say I have finally found the job that I love. I can’t be happier because I get to make money and at the same time express myself. I am my own boss which means I can stop whatever I’m doing anytime I want to focus on my family’s day-to-day activities.

If you too want to earn money online I advise you to get into blogging. It’s not easy but if you persevere hard enough I’m sure you can do it too.
