People are always looking for ways to reduce belly fat. Excess belly fat can increase your risk of cardiovascular disease, cancer and diabetes that is why it is important to get rid of it right away. Unfortunately, it’s not so easy to do it. Since people are too busy to work out nowadays, they rely on diet pills to help them loose the excess pounds. However, we all know that to be successful in keeping your weight under control you must take extra measures like eating healthy and exercising.
Still, there are others who resort to more drastic measures in order to reduce belly fat. These people undergo surgery like gastric bypass and liposuction. These procedures are invasive and costly that’s why in order not to go this far you have to take care of your body as early as now.

My daughter who is now 6years old adored barney,bj,and baby bop soooo much since she was barely 1yr old..
barney and friends were her “security blanket” eversince.. when she was crying the only thing that would make her stop is barney…infact when her dad left to work abroad last 2007, she even sneaked baby bop in her dads luggage and we found out abt it when my husband arrived in his destination the day after..
when i asked her about this she simply replied..”i know daddy is alone there,so i ask baby bop to accompany him since im not there,mom pls tell daddy,when he’s sad hug nya lang si baby bop parang ako na na hug nya” this made us really cry.. she loves barney bj and baby bop so much and yet she were able to sacrifice not seeing her baby bop stuff for her dad..
and since this event is happening,i want to take this opportunity for my daughter to see barney and esp baby bop perform on stage live…thanks.
Because of her comment, she, her daughter, and another companion are all set to meet Barney and all his friends this December.

After All Soul’s Day we’ll be putting up our christmas decor. Hmm, that’s just less than a week from now so I really have to get out the boxes and start cleaning the decors. I will also buy some new decors. Hubby and I agreed that we will buy a few decors each year so it would not be too hard on the pocket. Now, it’s been our third year buying christmas decors so we already got a box or two full of trinkets.
We don’t mind recycling our old christmas decors. We just mix the old with the new to add a brand new touch. This year, we may be buying some more Christmas lights to add some sparkle on our tree.

I watched how Jon was eliminated from Celebrity Survivor last Friday. I think he was just misunderstood and he’s really a good guy at heart. I was really touched when I saw him cry on national TV. It was also gallant of him to give his girlfriend his immunity bracelet.
The good news is we can still watch him on TV. He has been banished but he’s staying nearby as a juror. He’s the first one serving as a juror so he’s still alone in the juror house. To kill time, he exercises and drink whey protein powder to gain back some of his lost muscles.
Next week, another person voted out will stay with him at the juror house. My guess is that it’s going to be Michelle, his girlfriend. So I guess it’s going to be a happy ending after all.
