Moving Again?

The new apartment besides ours has been completed. It’s a two-story apartment with a modern design, a smaller replica of the adjacent house of the owner that made us oohed and ahhed when we first saw it. I wanted to ask the owner how much it costs since I like the idea of having our own covered garage. We’re currently living on the third floor so we have no choice but to park our car beside the road. I thought it was okay at first but imagine our surprise one day to find  that someone, who has too much time on his hands, had left a couple of ugly scratches on the side. Anyway, we have now recovered from the initial shock and have come to accept it. We don’t have any plans to have it fixed yet because who knows later somebody might pass by and scratch it again.
We’re still hesitant to transfer apartments because of so many reasons.  One is the typhoon Ondoy that left our place flooded and second is, of course, the added cost every month for a two-story apartment. Nevertheless, I can’t help but imagine all the modern furniture I’m going to buy if we do move.
