For the second day of January, we left Z home and went out on a date. It was nothing fancy, just dinner at Kenny Roger’s at Megamall and hours of shopping not for Z but for ourselves for a change.
It was hard to convince S as he really felt guilty leaving Z behind. I also felt the guilt but determinedly put it aside. I was going to have a date with my husband no matter what.
Good boy, Z, understood that Mommy and Daddy needed some time off alone. When Daddy asked if he wanted to come Z shook his head and said no.
So we were boyfriend and girlfriend again that afternoon. I was teasing S to imagine us being at that stage again. I took my camera and my tripod so we could post for pictures.
I hope we could do this again soon. How about you? When was the last time you had a date with your husband?

hubby and I last date was last Dec.23 when we watched Avatar in Imax at SM MOA. Dating once a month (I think) is a must to make the relationship stronger.

eversince our little angel was born, my husband and i always had a third wheel in our dates. but we’re fine with that at the moment since our baby G is still 4 months old.

We had lunch at Chinese buffet last Dec. 23, 2009, but before that I cannot remember. My NYR is, to have a date with my husband at least once a month. We also need some time alone with our hubbies, it’s not everything is for the kid. Di ba, ang saya kapag kayo lang, paminsan minsan lang naman..Oks na rin yun, wag ka na ma guilty..
Since 2004, hubby has been based abroad and comes home every other month. We haven’t been out on a date if he’s here or we’re there in Malaysia na kaming 2 lang for quite sometime now. I know its important but I understand the need for my boys to be together first.
We are going to Divisoria this Monday to purchase stuff for the party.

You’re so organized! The photos are cute. We get out pretty regularly because we live near a lot of family, so we have lots of babysitters. The problem for us is we usually cannot decide what to do on our date night.
