It’s a known fact here in our household that I have average cooking skills. Okay, that’s an understatement! So don’t raise your eyebrows now that I have decided to join Recipe Trader. I’m late but here is my oh, so simple recipe.
Fried Chicken Recipe
chicken
flour
salt
pepper
Remove excess liquid from chicken before you do this. Rub salt and pepper to the chicken and leave for 30 minutes to an hour. Coat with flour.
Deep fry and voila! You have a crunchy, tasty fried chicken that your kids will enjoy. I have another crunchier version but that will be for next week.
