My husband, S, with Lola Rosing
It was my husband’s Lola Rosing’s birthday last Christmas. They prepared a very special birthday celebration for her on her 88th birthday. Look at her hair, it’s still brown after 88 years! That’s really the color of her hair, she hasn’t dyed it to look like that.
S and I have so much to thank our grandmother. My mother-in-law has been working out of the country for decades so she was the one who raised my husband and his siblings. She took care of us during our first two years together -while we were still jobless and in the process of submitting our resumes. We are forever indebted to her and I could only hope I can accomplish even half of her accomplishments. At this age, she’s still strong and healthy. Can you beat that?
We love you, Lola Rosing. We hope you will enjoy more happy years with your sons and daughters and grand kids and great grandkids who all love and admire you.
