Where To Get Inspiration to Work
So my blog has again taken a backseat since I lost my PR and while I was wondering where I can earn cash online and before I knew it was raining projects from my transcription job again. A month or two ago, the jobs came to a halt – well, it didn’t really stop completely since I still see my fellow transcribers earning but I was getting no projects for two weeks so I lost my momentum and finally felt the effect of my working non-stop since January. The result was I lost interest in transcribing so I focused on blogging and accepted work only once or twice a week and some weeks don’t do any work at all. I also took that opportunity to try my luck on niche blogging but unfortunately, I’m still not earning through that route. My adsense is still $13.00 and not counting. Meanwhile my husband just got his dollars at Western Union and is waiting for his next payout. Read the rest of this entry »
My First Ever Meet Up with Bloggers
It was a Saturday morning and the day of my first ever meet up with my fellow bloggers. Pehpot, my blogger friend slash neighbor whom I met at my son’s school, was kind enough to invite me and pick me up for the meet up in Trinoma. Read the rest of this entry »
Mommy Moments: Encounter with Pets
I particularly love today’s topic for Mommy Moments because it will be a chance to feature our beloved Shih Tzu, Chewee. He’s our 7-month old dog and we love him so much! He is the cutest thing and he’s so gentle and loveable. He follows us wherever we go and becomes sad when we leave him behind which is evident in his imploring barks. We started teaching him tricks when he was still a puppy and believe it or not it only took 5 minutes for him to learn these tricks. Watch Z train Chewee in the videos below:
Creaky Bed
I really hate our bed. It’s not sturdy and it creaks everytime Z jumps up and down. Sometimes you can feel it shifting if there is sudden movement. It even destroys the flooring of our apartment and now the bedroom floor has some missing tiles because of it. If only we have Bridgeport Flooring which is sturdier or if only we can just exchange this bed for a brand new wooden bed. Unfortunately, that isn’t going to happen in the near future. We have long ago decided that we won’t be buying any new major furniture until we move to our own house. It’s because when you’re renting and moving around the furniture suffers the most. The fact that we’re on the third floor doesn’t help either. Our things need to be tied with a rope from the third floor all the way down. That’s why there’s no way we’ll buy anything new while we’re here. It’s really not that bad because at least we’re saving some money in the process and if ever we do find a furniture we like at the store the thought of it having to go up through the terrace just turns us off the whole idea of buying.
